• You agree that it’s your sole responsibility to keep your password safe and secure
• You agree that sharing your account with anyone is restricted
• You agree that you are solely responsible for your content, conduct and any data or information that you submit, share and display on the skillsabi platform.
• You agree that you will adhere strictly to all the local laws within your jurisdiction regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You agree that it’s okay if we send you notifications and messages through our website, apps and contact information.
• You agree that when you share information such as news articles, job postings, direct message, others can see, copy and use that information.
• You agree that if you subscribe for our paid services, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes appropriate to that period
• You agree that failure to renew your subscription will result to the termination of your paid services
• You agree that your purchase for our paid services may be subject to the current exchange rate
• You agree that we don’t guarantee refunds
• You agree that you will only provide content and information that does not violate anyone’s rights (Including Intellectual property rights)
• You agree that you will NOT post any content that has software worms, viruses or any other dangerous code
• You agree that you must NOT create or send unsolicited email or comments to any skillsabi users (Spam)
• You agree that you must NOT cache any content from skillsabi including but not limited to user profile and photos.
• You agree that using our services does not give you any ownership in our services or the content/information made available through our services.
• You agree that Skillsabi may place adverts and promotion on the services in line with your content.
• Skillsabi will not be held liable to you or others for any loss of data, opportunities and revenues related to the services.
• Violation of any of these agreements will results in the termination of your skilllsabi account. Upon termination, we reverse the right to use and disclose your feedback, re-share content and information you posted prior to termination. And any amount owed by either party before termination still remain valid.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We have the right to update/change these terms and conditions at any given time. However, we will notify you of the changes via internet mail accordingly.
• We reserve that right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We reserve the right to change/modify or terminate the skillsabi service for any reason without notice at any given time
• We reserve the right to limit how many profiles you view and connect on our services
• We reserve the right to force relinquishment of any username that becomes inactive, violates trademark or may pose a threat to other users
• We reserve the right to retrieve any username on behalf of individuals or cooperate bodies that hold legal claim or trademark on those username.
• Skillsabi reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the services.
• We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts containing unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory or infringe any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
• Skillsabi does NOT have/claim ownership rights of any images, photos, text, or any other content you post on our services. However, by posting any content on our platform, you hereby grant Skillsabi a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free worldwide, limited license to use, edit, add to and publicly display such content. But content not shared publicity will not be shared outside our services.

DISCLAIMER

To the limits permitted under the law, Skillsabi disclaim all assumed (Implied) warranties and representations such as warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, non-infringement and also do not guarantee that the services will function without any interruption or errors. This might be as a result of scheduled maintenance, upgrades or urgent repairs.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others users on the platform. You understand that the company (Skillsabi) currently does not conduct criminal background checks or screenings on its members. Please do not share information not needed on the platform.
